Louvreclad Polaris and Barossa Series Screens Combine to Create modern building Aesthetics

Ryde Gardens Residential Development comprises of three 12-28 storey high-rise towers. These are all situated within the North Ryde Station Urban Activation Zone and surrounded by 4000 sqm of beautiful landscaped parkland.
The multi-use development has been designed to provide high-end living, and all the infrastructure required to create a new and vibrant community for the area.
The Bates Smart design considers sun shading as a means to create a feature façade. Louvreclad’s Polaris Series perforated screens finished in Dulux Electro Scintillation and Golden Touch run vertically up the buildings.  This creates bold bronze and gold blocks of colour that emphasize the versatility of the buildings. The Barossa Series aluminium batten screens finished in Dulux Electro Shimmering Champagne are then used to provide a contrasting vertical texture to the building fabric. A stunning use of colour and style.
Working closely with Watpac on this project, Louvreclad designed, engineered, supplied and installed all the sun screens to meet the requirements of this high-end design. With acute attention to detail, the Louvreclad design and project team made sure that each screen interfaced seamlessly into the feature façade design helping to develop clean lines and contemporary aesthetics with a warm and shimmering earthy colour palette that reflects the surrounding environment.
